If you make an online booking, we will email out a booking confirmation that may also double as the booking voucher. You must present the voucher to the hotel, tour, attraction, theatre or car transfer supplier upon arrival. For some bookings, you will need to present the booking confirmation email to one of our information desks. If this is required we will send special instructions to you with the booking confirmation.
If you book an online package, we will email the itinerary to you and will include the appropriate voucher/s. You will need to print off the voucher/s and present them to one of our information desks.
